PARKING FOR OVATIONS EVENTS

We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow time to park in the Village and arrive at the theater before show time. 

 

GARAGE PARKING
The easiest place to park, if you don’t mind the short walk, will be in the Village District Rooftop Parking (above the building containing Shake Shack and Starbucks) or the Village District Parking Garage. The max parking rate is only $5.00 (the first two hours are free!). Rooftop Parking is convenient to Shake Shack, Prego, and Starbucks Coffee. The Parking Garage is convenient to Jason’s Deli, D’Amico’s Italian Market Café, Hopdoddy Burger Bar, and The Black Walnut Café.

Rooftop Parking can be accessed from Kelvin, between Amherst and University. The Parking Garage has entrances at Kelvin and Amherst, or off Morningside.

 

PREMIER PARKING
Premier Parking may be found along the Village Parkway (and throughout the Village District). Premier Parking is metered 24/7 and is provided by the Village District. Expect to pay $8.00 to $10.00 depending on the length of the show and your dinner plans. Premier Parking is convenient to Prego Italian Restaurant, Le Peep, Thai Village, Shiva, and the Brown Bag Deli. A portion of the fee goes to support SPARK Parks at Poe and Roberts Elementary schools.

 

PARKING METERS can be paid for with Credit Card (look at the back of the meter) OR by the ParkMobile App! Check Online or visit your phone’s App Store.

FREE PARKING
Free Street Parking can be found throughout the Rice Village area during all LSL performances. Please read street signs carefully. Posted 2-hour limits are for Monday through Saturday between 7:00am and 6:00pm ONLY. When parking off the street, in front of other businesses, please be sure the business is CLOSED. Times Blvd. Street Parking is convenient to Thai Village and Shiva Indian Restaurant.

Please always remember to LOCK your car, TAKE your keys, and HIDE your belongings. Lone Star Lyric is not responsible for damages or theft.

TICKETING

All single ticket sales are final.  No refunds. Shows, dates, and times are subject to change. Prices are subject to change based on demand. Depending upon your individual circumstances, we may elect to, but do not hereby obligate ourselves to, offer you an opportunity to receive a partial refund for your ticket cost, excluding fees.

TICKETING FEES

All ticket sales for public performances (online, over the phone, or in person) include a $2.50 Facility Fee per ticket. Online sales may carry an additional convenience charge based on the total ticket price.

CHILDREN

• All Lone Star Lyric shows are family friendly. Ovations Night Club does have a bar but this is a rental venue so all are welcome.  

• All Patrons, including children, must have a ticket for admission. No free admission for young children.  Please ensure that they’re able to enjoy the show quietly.

 

LATE SEATING

• Late seating is not guaranteed.

• Late seating is permitted at the sole discretion of the house manager at designated “late seating windows” during the performance.

• Latecomers who cannot be accommodated may, at that time, receive a free exchange to a future performance of the same production, or receive passes to attend a future performance.
